A completely unique, national consultant company seeks an eager, motivated JD to learn and lead teams of non legal specialists in medical appeals.
Must be willing and open to learning new strategies, techniques and industry practices.
Level III Analyst
- Assimilate and transfer knowledge of appeal strategies from partner to analyst staff
- Supervise and track claims activities of work groups
- Write, review and assist in writing complex appeal letters
- Maintain caseload of select appeals/negotiations
- Review, prepare, discuss, assign and track work to outside specialized ERISA counsel for litigation
- If qualified, handle in house contracting matters
Requirements: Recent law grad and or specific study/experience in ERISA a plus.
